So Saturday night Candice and her friend Katie and I were sitting around at our house trying to come up with something fun to do. Then it poppped into our heads. Lets go to Vegas!!! So the three of us grabbed some clothes, jumped in Candice's car and we were on our way. (it didn't matter that it was 8:30 at night and Vegas was six hours away) So we drove all night at made a few random stops along the way, and ended up in Vegas at 3 A.M. We first stopped to get our picture with the sign and then hit up the Bellagio hotel for some gambling. Of course we didn't come away with any winnings but it was fun nonetheless. At about 7:30 AM or so Sunday morning we decided to head up to St. George where my mom's family pretty much has there own little community (I have 2 aunts and 5 great aunts and uncles that live on the same block) and stop for a visit. My grandma was down there and so we went to see everyone. We freshened up and I played some games with the fam while Candice and Katie took a nap. Then we headed off to Zions National Park for the afternoon. We had hopes of stopping by the grand canyon afterward but appearantly the roads were closed.... So after 38 hours of being awake I finally went back to St. George and went to sleep. We got up and headed home the next day, and it was quite a fun adventure! Here are some pictures......
